About These Terms

This website is operated by WENHAVEN LLC under the name WEN HAVEN. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and may not use the site for an unlawful purpose.

Products and Craftsmanship

Natural shell, lacquer and hand-finishing create variations in colour, pattern, surface, dimensions and capacity. These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted work and are not defects. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

Orders, Pricing and Availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline, limit or cancel an order where information is incomplete, pricing is incorrect, stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected. Prices are shown in USD unless another currency appears at checkout.

Products available to add to cart are in stock and normally dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Sold-out or unavailable product pages may remain visible, but those items cannot be purchased. Made-to-order, personalized or preorder terms apply only when that purchase type and its estimated lead time are expressly identified on the product page. Confirmed custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled except where law requires otherwise.

Payment, Shipping and Returns

You agree to provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information. Taxes, duties, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the information shown at checkout and our Shipping and Refund Policies, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All text, photography, graphics, logos, product designs and page layouts are owned by or licensed to WENHAVEN LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Site Use and Third-Party Services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third parties for payment, shipping, analytics and related services. You may not interfere with site security, transmit malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate others or misuse the Services. We may correct errors, update information or discontinue products without notice.

Liability and Consumer Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WENHAVEN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
